In 2023 I'm budgeting time to make ten pairs, each pair customized for the buyer. If you decide to commission me online, the link is below. Please plan for them to take about a month to paint and send back to you. If you're in Europe, know that customs can sometimes hold up your package.

Here's how this works: you ship me the shoes and I paint them and send them back to you. Sometimes people will drop them off to me in the studio in DTLA, and that's o.k., too. It will cost around $20 for me to ship them back (if you're in the USA), so factor that into your budget. I'm not sure what the costs are to ship to Europe, but you can email me your shipping address and I can figure it out for you.
All of my shoes are free-styled, meaning that I don't know what they will look like when they're done. You can be guaranteed that yours will be unique - completely one-of-a-kind - you'll never, ever find anybody else with the same pair. If I meet you in person in my studio, I will paint the shoes based on meeting you (it's always worked out, and is a beautiful surprise for me AND for the collector). I've been inspired by photos of closets and favorite rooms in the house, by people's instagram feed, and by things people tell me about the person that the shoes are for.
